Subject to this agreement, Boomers Thrive AB grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Moose Calling 101 on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial hunting use.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Scope of the licence<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The licence covers the application, its updates, the call audio library and the documentation supplied with it. It does not transfer ownership of anything: the software is licensed, not sold.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Restrictions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

You may not do any of the following.<\/p>

  • Copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the application.<\/li>
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the application, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.<\/li>
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or otherwise distribute the application.<\/li>
  • Extract, re-record, redistribute or commercially exploit the call audio library.<\/li>
  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.<\/li>
  • Use the application to build a competing product or service.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Audio library and third-party content<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The call recordings, guidance content and any third-party components are licensed to you for use inside the application only. Third-party open-source components are governed by their own licences, which are listed in the app under Settings → Licences and take precedence over this agreement for those components.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Your content and data<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    This agreement does not change who owns the hunt data, notes or recordings you create. Their handling is described in the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Updates<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    We may provide updates, patches and new versions. Some updates are required for the service to keep working. This agreement applies to every update unless a separate licence accompanies it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    App store terms<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    If you obtained the application from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store’s terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement, have no obligation to provide support, and their liability is limited as set out in their own terms. The licence for the Apple App Store version is limited to use on Apple-branded devices as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Term and termination<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    This licence runs until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it, and you may end it at any time by uninstalling the application and deleting your account. On termination you must stop using the application and remove all copies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Export and compliance<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    You confirm you are not located in a country subject to an embargo that would prohibit your use of the application, and that you will comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Disclaimer of warranties<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    To the extent permitted by law, Boomers Thrive AB is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
