The rules for using Moose Calling 101, your responsibilities in the field, and the limits of our obligations.
Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing or using Moose Calling 101 you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms form an agreement between you and Boomers Thrive AB.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by that store, and refunds follow the store’s policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to do any of the following.
- Use the service for any unlawful hunting activity, or to assist anyone else in doing so.
- Share another person’s private stand or saved locations without their permission.
- Upload content that is harassing, hateful, misleading or infringing.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Interfere with the operation of the service or the experience of other users.
Hunting laws and personal responsibility
You are solely responsible for knowing and following the hunting laws, seasons, licence requirements, weapon restrictions and land-access rules that apply where you hunt. Call recordings, maps, conditions and community content are provided for reference only and are not legal, safety or navigational advice.
Always verify your target and your surroundings. The service is not a safety device.
User content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
Community and groups
Content shared with a hunt group is visible to every member of that group. Treat other members’ locations and observations as confidential, and remove yourself from a group if you no longer wish to share.
Intellectual property
The app, the call library, the interface, the trademarks and all related materials are owned by Boomers Thrive AB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Your use of the service grants you no ownership in them.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical. Offline behaviour depends on your device.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete or suitable for any particular hunt.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Boomers Thrive AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Country/State], and disputes will be handled by the courts of [City], unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email before taking effect, and continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
